The need for speed



My training schedule starts next Monday and I am going to adapt my usual training schedule to introduce more speed training, which hopefully will give me a better chance of achieving my goal.  So, that means longer runs earlier in the program and then concentrating on speed and strength in the last five weeks.  It also means that I will have to do  a two hour forty minute run around DC, whilst on holiday.  In the words of one of my colleagues, "bring it on!"
