After our somewhat damp Rutland Round run from Ketton to Empingham, we retired for a drink. Other than the fact that I found that my fellow drinkers are more adept at emptying their glasses than me, the conversation turned to the trauma of getting your hair cut in Rutland - apparently more to it than meets the eye!
