Just got back from running around Rutland Water, a 15 mile plus route, on a mixture of path and track. An early start is required, at this time of year, as it is very popular with cyclists. So we set off just after seven thirty this morning, aiming to run to the best of our abilities and post good times. I managed to complete in a shade over two hours and six minutes, but Peter, splendidly attired as usual, completed in 2:03. I am suitably impressed Peter, both with your time and the apparent bio-mechanical benefits of Spandex, as it appears, was the female police officer!
