Canal running

Ran this morning along the Kennet and Avon Canal from Bradford on Avon to Trwobridge in Wiltshire. A lovely morning and a kingfisher as a bonus. Running after a late night is always a bit harder, but having made the effort it always makes you feel better. One of my colleagues suggested that I would have been better running toward Bath, but that might have been a reflection on the effectiveness of my post-run shower!
