Unstopabbble.......
So fellow runners I have found the secret to running success, not gels, isotonic drinks, supplements, or bananas. The truth is out there and it is two pieces of lemon drizzle cake and two chocolate brownies (24 hours prior to run). Just flown around my 10k route in 52 minutes, thats a whole three minutes better than last week. Bring on the cakes!
