Achilles Heal?

I have had a long day at work and a slight twinge in my right achilles, so i decided to rest tonight.  However, I was reminded by a friend of the renowned reliability of our near European neighbours.  I guess a bit of pain in the achilles would not be putting off the vast majority of my fellow runners in Berlin.  Hmmm ........
