Just completed the Burton Coggles 5 mile beer run. The best things, an impressive turn out by Rutland Runners, a new best time for me for 5 miles and a pint of beer at the end; well after cooling down! Burton Coggles is a small village in Lincolnshire. The village is very small.
We all ran well and posted good times!
