Summer Running
Tonights run saw me take in 5 miles from home a mix of hills and flat running with the spectacular view of Harringworth Viaduct (all 85 or so arch's). It was lovely to run with the sun on your back at 7:30 in the evening - first time this year. Our club will be running the 'Rutland Round' over the early summer months and this run just got me in the mood.
